Technical Resources for Assayers:

Assaying involves a number of analytical disciplines and needs. This link list calls several sub-pages on this web site that list off-site resources useful to assayers. I tend to rely on my browsers link lists, so notify me if you want a particular list expanded or updated.

The chemistry link list provides a list of links useful for training or problem solving in general chemistry.
Information links for general computer applications are under the computer apps; a list of lab-specific LIMS links is located on the Tom's vendor link list.
The fire assay (fire chemistry) lists sites dealing with the practice and history of fire assay.
Instrumentation connects to sites useful to understanding and using the various instruments used in modern assaying.
The metallurgy links list from Michigan is comprehensive, no separate link list for this site is planned.
Links for sample preparation will be added in January.
Although Assay vendor listings on this web site are limited, the list of specialty search engines for mining and lab issues can probably locate what you need.
