Win 95 /98: Microsoft's own site . . . but you are out of luck for
most software that came pre-installed (I.e. anything with an OEM in the
serial number). Microsoft refers any inquires associated with an OEM serial
number to system manufacturers. This "attitude" makes locating and downloading
patches and updates more complicated. |
